It’s got that beautiful freshness from the greens, a vibrant contrast in colour with the sweet potato and then it’s got the rich flavour of the feta cheese masked by the sweetness of the candied walnuts and then all brought together with the tangy dressing. Easy Nectarine Chicken!

I have decided to mix up the traditional apricot chicken. I had some chicken thighs in the fridge that needed eating and when I was at the shops today all I could smell were the Nectarines so I decided to grab some and get creative with my chicken. Balls Head Reserve Balls Head Reserve is a unique experience in the sense that it’s like a true bush walk but then you come around a corner and there is the stunning view of the City & Sydney Harbour Bridge. I’ve discovered how truly unfit I’ve become. My muscles are so sore today! Increased Exercise  It’s been 5 days straight now and all up I’ve done 240 lunges, 120 squats, 85 push-ups and 12.8km of walking and about 5.5km of running. And boy does my body know it. It’s funny though, the pain kind of feels good too. I guess it’s because it symbolises a change to me.
